We've talked a lot about how we can improve policing for Black people. It's time for action.

West Yorkshire Police is delivering a Police Race Action Plan to improve outcomes for Black people who work with or interact with the police. 

The Police Race Action Plan will help ensure Black people feel Represented, Not over-policed, Involved and Protected. 

The plan is focussed on Black people, but our learning will benefit all under-represented groups in society.
