Appointments Out of Hours
We work as a group of local Practices and offer evening and weekend appointments, with bith GP’s Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants. These appointments are available Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday. The clinics are held at Cherry Tree Surgery which is conveniently located next to Batley Health Centre.
If these appointments are more convenient for you please ask at reception if there are any available.
Your appointment
We may then offer you a consultation:
- By phone
- Face to face at the surgery
- On a video call
- By text
Appointments by phone, video call or by text can be more flexible. This often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you can not make your appointment let us know as soon as you can so another patient can book the appointment time. You can cancel or change your appointment:
- Phone us Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.30pm

If you need help with your appointment
Please tell us:

- If you need an interpreter

Home Visits
To request a home visit contact the surgery before 11am.
Remember that we can see several patients at the practice in the time it takes for one home visit. Patients should have their appointment at the surgery if they can.
Lack of transport is not a reason to request a home visit.
