Clinical Pharmacists

We now have 2 Clinical Pharmacists working at the Practice 4 sessions per week Monday to Thursday - Shabana and Nabeela can help with medications and prescription queries. They can prescribe items and give medication advice. They may call you after a stay in hospital to check new medications or see you throughout the year to check how you are doing with your prescribed items. Please feel free to book in with one of them for advice and support with Medications.

Social Prescriber

We also have a social prescriber called Fazila who works with us to help connect social and medical problems and sign post to services. Please speak to staff for more information. Fazila can help signpost to benefits, housing or may be able to help put patients in touch with a group or activity that may help you stay well.

Physiotherapist

We also have access to a Physiotherapist in the Practice who can see you for advice and guidance with muscle aches and pains that you had for less than 8 weeks with sprains, strains and pains you do not need to see a GP first.
