Complaints, Comments & Compliments


The practice would like to deal with complaints swiftly and effectively. Please let the Practice Manager know via the reception staff should you wish to make a complaint. The practice has a complaints policy and all official complaints need to be made in writing addressed to the Practice Manager. The complaint will be dealt with in the first instance within 7 days when an acknowledgement will be sent and we aim to investigate all complaints within 30 days of receipt.


All comments are received gratefully and help us to plan our services and training accordingly. Please do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff or the Practice Manager if you have a comment to make. There is also a suggestion box in reception if you want to let us know this way.
